Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I reach the property limit on Free?
You can keep managing your existing property, but you cannot add another one until you upgrade.
Which utility providers does OCR support?
EPCG (electricity), Vodovod (water) and Čistoća (waste collection), with more added as new bill formats are submitted.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on EU-based infrastructure and processed in compliance with GDPR. Tenant personal data is masked in AI responses.
